Refund

If there is any refund, it might be routed through the same vendor as the payment was made for eg PAYU or ICICI Bank gateway etc. In such circumstances the refund is subject to third party processes on which we do not have any control. However, we can provide you the reference number/transaction id. If the payment was made directly to our bank a/c, then we will raise the refund through NEFT. The process will take maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of order before dispatching and within 3 days of the order given, the transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days.
